Rates

Basically we need to collect money to cover the cost of sharing our home with friends and family.

Nightly $129 with 2 night minimum on weekends.

3-6 nights $115 per night, 7 or more nights $99 per night Holiday Rates: Nightly $129 with 3 night minimum. 4-6 nights $115 per night, 7 or more nights $99 per night

$35 maintenance fee.

No pets, no smoking.

1/2 amount due at time of reservation with balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancel by time balance is due. If cancel 23-29 days prior fee 25%. If cancel less than 23 days prior no refund.
